Born in Kazincbarcika, Hungary in 1978. Started surfing in 2001 in Biarritz, fell in love with the surf and moved to Cote Basque. Found a job as technician in the area so I could keep living at the ocean. I am active member of the Hungarian surfing community since the beginning, participated in almost all the Hungarian surf competitions and won 3 of them. I like surfing alone and finding empty sandbanks in Les Landes and used to surfing bigger waves too. I have a 3 year old daughter with my partner Maguy. We like taking short holidays to Northern Spain and Portugal.

I'm a yoga teacher, surf & yoga retreat organizer, and a passionate nature lover. Since 2018, I've been living on Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain, where I surf regularly and share my love for the ocean and mindful movement with others.

Representing Hungary on the international surfing stage is a huge honor—and this year is especially meaningful, as it marks the first time ever that Hungary is competing with a full national team at the ISA World Surfing Games.

Being part of this historic moment fills me with pride and joy. I’m proud to have won 1st place in the Hungarian Surf Festival (Open Women category) in 2023 and to have placed 2nd in 2022 and in 2024.

Surfing, for me, is more than a sport—it's a lifestyle and a deep connection to nature.

Surfing was my childhood dream that seemed to be completely out of reach for geographical and financial reasons. Thanks to my parents I always had a close relation to water though through swimming since I was a kid. We made anual trips to the Adriatic or Mediterenean sea, too and I'd surf the rarely breaking waves with my body. I started with windsurfing in 2008/9, then sailing at Lake Balaton, Hungary, the biggest lake in Central Europe. After I finished two university studies I spent all my money to finally see the ocean first time in my life in 2013 at the age of 28 while attending at a 2 weeks intense surf camp in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain. I could never imagine my life without surfing anymore, when I closed my eyes I could only see waves, like unconcious images. I was crying all the way back home and already searched opportunities to be able to move to the island. Life has made me change the plans a bit but finally in 2017 I left behind everything and ever since I am a resident in Fuerteventura. In 2023 I accomplished to be a certified surf instructor by the Spanish system (not that easy) to be able to share my passion in a professional way. I participated on my first comp ever, at the Hungarian Surf Fest in 2024 and I won the Open Women, the Longboard Women and The Best Wave Women prize along with lovely new friends. Since a couple of years back I also love longboarding, especially on somewhat sizeable outside reef break waves. Having quite a few hard years behind in life, and a longer injury from this year that kept me out of water for a longer time, my aim is to continue to grow in another level, with a help of a coach and video analysis. Before I never had the financial resources for it and I've got where I am as a very passionate autodidact. Can't wait to be able to get better. There is lots to fix and learn, I exactly know that, but my motivation only have been growing ever since I started surfing. Having this opportunity to compete at both on national and international levels just makes me and my team extremly happy. Since these events and dreams are becoming true, both for my health and surfing I am willing to sacrifice even more, while still enjoying the healthy lifestyle, happiness, the freedom and flow that surfing gives, not to mention the connections it has been brought. Since I am a certified surf instructor I work for the island's oldest and renovated surf school and shop, continuing with my original profession, photography on the side. I especially enjoy working with and motivating, empowering women and/or people coming from a background that makes less sense having the surf in their lives, for any reason. Shortly I am just super stoked for living the surf life and for the long and colorful jouney leaded me here. To be honest, participating at this event is even beyond of what I have ever dreamed of. I hope that we could open the doors for the next generation Hungarian surfers too while empowering people to work for and live their dreams regardless of their age, gender, geographical situation or any obstacles they might have ... because dreams do come true! :) Surfing was my childhood dream that seemed to be completely out of reach for geographical and thus financial reasons.
