22 yr old surfer from Wales,united kingdom who loves surfing and competing

Grew up 40 minutes from any surf in Cardiff, South Wales. Work at Porthcawl Surf School.

Hi! I'm Alys, I'm 21 years old and I'm from the Gower Peninsula in Swansea.

20 years old, from the Gold Coast in Australia, grew up in Burleigh Heads. Started surfing when I was 10 years old, learnt to surf in Coolangatta at Greenmount. Starting competing for England after covid 19. I now represent Great Britain in all QS and pro junior series. I am part of the GB Progression Squad Program. My second time here in El sal, my first time being in 2022 for the ISA juniors.

I am 16 years old and of mixed British, Irish and chinese heritage. I was born in England but grew up in Bali, Indonesia from when I was 2 months old. I started surfing in Bali around 12 years old, during the covid pandemic, which meant I got to learn to surf on some of Bali's best high peformance waves with only a few people out and I got access to some of Indonesia's best coaches. 

This year so many of my dreams have come true, as I won the WSL Nias Pro Junior and came 3rd in the Padang Cup, to get to compete here in El Salvador for the ISA World Championships for Team GB is another dream come true.  I am so grateful for this opportunity to surf for Team GB.  Sponsored by Channel Islands and they provided me with some great last minute boards for this event. 

My dream is to become an Olympic Athlete.  I am a professional surfer representing Great Britain.Training and developing projects in and out of surfing ,currently based in  Ericeira. My collaboration as an Ambassador at Lovexair Foundation, supporting and working towards helping people make better lifestyle choices as a Rare Disease advocate. This year I have the opportunity to represent my flag in the 2024 ISA World Surfing Games. Also I am working on a Documentary Film Arran "The Strong Man" , which I am working towards and raising funds to Produce the Project.
