My name is Baylee Brown, I'm 11 years old.  I used to be a level 8 competitive gymnast. And I also used to do rodeos, now I just ride my horse for fun. I now spend most of my time, surfing.  I love to go spear fishing with my older brother and sister and bring dinner home. My school is great, it's only 4 days a week and allows me to travel. I also help at a coconut stand during the weekend.

I live about 40 minutes from Malibu and Ventura so I get to surf some good SoCal waves. I like trying new boards and seeing what works and what doesn't. I also have a twin brother that I enjoy surfing with. We are both on the Canadian team. My favorite food is seafood burritos. I also like skateboarding sometimes but I don't like the fact that if you hurt yourself skating you are out of the water.

My name is Nathan Hereda, I'm 15 years old. Surfing is my life and being a Olympic champion is my dream! I live in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and my dual citizenship gave to me the awesome opportunity to join the Canadian national team.  I feel that being at ISA, with the Canadian Team, is a unique chance to grow as an athlete, but also to generate a surfing storm and to make some waves together with all Canadians.

I was born in Canada but I grew up in a small surf town in Mexico named Sayulita for most of my life. My dad and many locals taught me how to surf when I was 7 years old and after that I just started to fall in love with surfing. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. Ive made many awesome friends along the way that have turned into my surfing crew. Now I'm living in Encinitas California, I am continuing to compete in many pro comps like the WSL QS and USA Prime events. This will be my 4th ISA event and I'm so stoked to compete this year and represent Canada. I've been training and surfing a whole bunch and am ready to have fun and compete!
