I am from thr North of Scotland. I stsrted surfing when I was 10. I am the current Scottish men's and under 18 boys champion. I am also the British under 18 boys champion. 

Surfing is my passion and itis an amazing opportunity to take part in the world junior championships.

Age 15 and started surfing in April 2021. Current Scottish 2023 Junior Series U16 Champion. 

Started surfing in 2020 due to the covid  lockdown and first competed in 2021 being selected by the Scottish Surfing Federation to go to the European Junior championships in 2022. It has all been super fast. 
Am super excited to be in Brazil and surf in warmer waters for the first time than the freezing cold Scottish North Sea

I have never surfed without a wetsuit as it's so cold in Scotland - we need 6m suits 8m boots 8m gloves and hoods 

so Brazil is gonna feel so different and amazing compared to cold Scotland although Scotland is amazing as the line ups are empty and the waves are perfect

Fraser started surfing 6 years ago.  He qualified for the European Junior Championships and competed in Portugal 2022.  He came second in the U16 National Championships in 2023 which qualified him for the World Junior Campionships selection.

In his summer holidays Fraser works at his local surf school in NE Scotland. He also plays Caledonia level Rugby and the bagpipes.

I started surfing in the Christmas of 2020 during the pandemic, i was lost and had nothing to do until I got introduced into the amazing sport. I wouldn't of thought I would be representing Scotland in the ISA world juniors in 3 years time and it's such a honour to do so.
