I'm from the west coast of Ireland and I love surfing with my friends and pushing myself on slabs and in competition.

16 year old surfer from the North West coast of Ireland.

My Name is Sadie Shalloo. I have been surfing for 2 1/2 years. 
I have National titles from 2021 & 2023. I competed at Euro surf Junior 2022.

I'm 15 years old I started surfing when I was 9 I live in Dublin but I train on the west coast of Ireland in Clare im a proud member of west coast surf club and I am delighted to have the amazing opportunity to represent Ireland and I'm happy to be surfing in warm water for a change 

I am from the seaside town of Tramore in the southeast of Ireland. Surfing is a popular sport in Tramore as it is one of the most famous surfing towns in Ireland.

I began learning to surf with my local surf club, Tbay, at the age of 11.

I love travelling around Ireland to compete and surf new breaks with my friends and I love to meet new surfers from around the country.

I also enjoy playing other sports such as soccer, basketball and gaelic football. I represent my region in national competitions in soccer and am captain of my local team.

I was a competitive swimmer for years and have been in and out of the water since I was a toddler 

and I'm so excited to be competing and representing my country

I’ve grown up in the northwest, near Bundoran which has probably the best waves in Ireland and some of the best waves in the world. Because of that, it’s hard not to try out surfing at some point. My Dad is a dedicated surfer and used to push me into lots of waves as a kid. It was in the first lockdown that I really got hooked on surfing. My family was lucky enough to live within 2km of a beach that as it turns out, has some decent waves. School was off which gave us tonnes of free time, so if a ripple was ever breaking, my brother and I would be on it!

I learned how to surf on the east coast of Ireland where there is no waves and I fell in love with surfing at the surf shack in curracloe so we moved to Clare on the west coast to pursue my surfing

I'm a surfer/ musician from Sligo Ireland. I play in a few bands around Sligo. 2nd u18, 1st u16 national titles. My kiwi dad brought me up around surfing almost since I could walk, pulling me around in the shallows on a boogie board. This is my second ISA event, the last one was in El Salvador for the 2023 world seniors and I'm very excited to be competing for my country with my mates I've been surfing with for years. GO IRELAND! 

Hi I'm Katie and I'm 17. I live in Co. Clare on the west coast of Ireland and I've enjoyed surfing since I was 7 years old. I'm excited to surf in warm water and meet new people. 

I grew up surfing in tramore, in the southeast, Ireland.
My whole family surf and many of my siblings have competed at the World Surf games in the past. My dad makes most of the boards I ride (Attitude surf). 
I competed at the u16 atEuroSurf junior contest in Santa Cruz, Portugal last year, which was my first international event.
