I am a French Paddler from Brittany. I especially love downwind in stand-up paddle and now also in foilling.


I am the mother of a 20 months boy, and also work as a doctor at the hospital.


I already participated to 3 ISA wold championships and won 3 silvers medals, in Sprints, technical race and long distance.


This year, I was also 2nd in the Long distance at the ISA European Championships.

I start surfing at 12 year hold with my dad. He is still the first one on the water every sunday morning.  It's my first year on international competition. 

I grow up with Benoit Carpentier in the same little town Plougonvelin. 

I'm surfteacher and fisheries engineer.  

I also compet  in longboard national circuit 

Start surfing at 6 years old  competing for 10years in surfing  8years ago starting SUP and longboard   titile french champion in 2019  vice champ this year  now competing in the kite world tour and wing world tour SUP as well  winter most of the time in Nazare and Fuerteventura  WAterman loving the wave the wind and the ocean  cheers  clement 

Je m'appelle Vaic GARIOUD j'ai 16 ans. Je viens de Nouvelle Calédonie une petite île du Pacifique. Le SUP est une affaire de famille, je suis les traces de mon grand frère Noic. Ma famille est très engagée auprès de moi et je sui strès reconnaissant à mon père et ma mère de me suivre. Ma grand mère est aussi très présente et m'accompagne sur les différents déplacements. Je m'entraîne sur le territoire au CTE, avec mon ami Alexis. Je pratique le vaa. La ligue calédonienne de surf m'a toujours soutenue ainsi que mon club le BBSC situé à Bourail. Je remercie toute la Nouvelle Calédonie pour les nombreux témoignages d'encouragements et de soutien.

Jeune sauveteur et surfeur français, originaire de Biarritz. Formation toute l'année avec le Club de Sauvetage d'Hossegor.

So it's my first time taking part in an event like that and that's what I always wanted to do. At first I wasn't very fond of competitions but you learn so much, even though it's really hard sometimes.


I am from a small village of Brittany, France, and I'm really proud to represent the people who live there. I worked so hard to be where I am today and I have no intentions no stop there neither stop learning. I have the chance to be surrounded by a ton of amazing people who never let me down and know when to say the right things, positive and negative.


I want to thank the French surfing Federation for giving me the opportunity to be there and I'll give everything I have !

20 Years old sup racer from new caledonia 

2 times world champion

I will participate for the first time in these ISA World Championships. I come from lifesaving, I work at the biarritz lifesaving club, I am a coach. Last year I was in the france lifesaving team and this year in the france oceanracing and ffs team. I can't wait to take part in the championships, it's a new experience.

I'm 17 yeras old. I come from Reunion Island (Indian Ocean). I study geopolitics at Sciences Po in Bordeaux (France). I'm a SUP Surfer, I really like powerful and big waves. I also practice Windsurf, Long Board, Kitesurf. I joined the French team for the first time last august for the 2022 Eurosup in Denmark where I won the SUP SURF Junior competition.
