I got introduced to surfing at the age of 9 by Casper Steinfath and got into Stand Up Paddling shortly after. I like SUP because I can do it in all weather conditions and back home we don't always get the best waves, so SUP is a great way to get on the water every day! I mostly did SUP Surfing when I was younger, but I got more and more into Racing as I got a bit older and I think my background with SUP Surfing has helped me a ton. I am really grateful for everything SUP has given me, it has allowed me to travel the world from a young age and I have made a lot of great friendships and memories that will last forever. I am training hard to achieve my goals and enjoying the process!

My name is Noa Stender, and I am 18 years old.

I am born and raised in Copenhagen where I started stand up paddling on flat water. In 2021 I moved to Klitmøller aka Cold Hawaii in the northern part of Denmark, to get closer to the ocean and the waves. I moved with my family, who also like spending time on the water. I am on a surf highschool, where we are surfing as much as possible after studying as a part of the school day. I have been SUP racing and competing for 5 years, and started competing in SUP surfing as well this year.

When im not stand up paddling I love to go either longboard or shortboard surfing with my friends or little sister, Mille.

I´m 20 years old, my dream is to become a world champ within the next 3 years.
I am a pro stand up paddler, always travelling or teaching SUP lessons at home, especially within sprint and technical race. Currently running and developing a junior program online and in Denmark, teaching already talented & fast juniors more difficult skills, to be able to attend races nationally and internationally.

I have been surfing and doing SUP since I was 15, and was back then mostly doing SUP surf. Then later shifting to racing, loving especially sprint and shorter technical races. Found a way to transfer all my supsurf skills into racing, by using my explosives from catching the wave and my balance into sprinting. I´m really nerdy when it comes to sprint and technical technique, always re-watching videos of myself and trying to improve and finding new ways to do it.

Other than that I love tea and baking cakes in the off season. And also loving going to the gym and biking in the local forest.
