"I grew up in south devon, UK and have been surfing all my life. I have based my life around the beach and trying to surf as much as I can.  I am lucky to live with my family very close to a great longboard wave and love every second I get in the water.  I have competed in two ISA events previously and can't wait to explore El Salvador and surf the great waves it has on offer.

I am 16 years old and in my final year at Cape Cornwall Secondary School. It's a great school and I have loved my time there. I'm really excited to make the national team and compete in El Salvador at my first ISA event. It means so much to me having seen my teammates compete at this level over the years. I surf at Sennen and Gwenver in Cornwall, but have travelled to a number of places, most recently the Philippines for the Single and Unattached event, Morocco with my family, and last year to Mexico for the Mexi Log Fest. I am very grateful for the support of a grant through Surfing England and Sport England called Backing The Best for talented young athletes. It is helping fund some travel and equipment, and I also have fantastic sponsorship support from Finisterre, Skindog Surfboards and 10 Over Surf. A big thank you to all the friends and family and sponsors who have supported me. I am the reigning English and British Junior Longboard Champion, and finished in silver medal position at the European Junior Longboard Championships. I also finished runner up on the Open Womens British Longboard Tour. I have surfed in India, Barbados, China, France, Spain, Portugal, California, Mexico, Morocco and the Philippines, and I am really excited about lots of surf adventures in the future. I am also a passionate artist and plan to study Art, Design and Creative Communication at Penwith College from this September.
