NOAH ARKFELD SURFING Noah lives just 300 meters south of the famous Siargao surf break called Cloud 9. He has been blessed with his home being located on an 80-meter beach front for his backyard where he can surf everyday. Thus, surfing has become part of Noah's life. And at 17, he is recognized as one of the finest young surfers in the country today. Noah caught his first wave at Tuazon point on his fourth birthday. Since then, he has always had a passion and love for the ocean and surfing. At the age of 12, he competed in his first surfing tournament, a Grom competition, at Cloud 9. A year after, he joined Philippine Surfing Championships Tour's (PSCT) first official event that was held in Siargao. At the age of 17, Noah has consistently made it to the semi-finals and finals of the Juniors' Division - Short Board of various PSCT surfing events. At a very young age, he has been traveling across the country to compete against much older boys in his division. For Noah, surfing has always been both a serious competition and a fun game. And because of this sound attitude and his unwavering hard work, he was crowned the Champion of Pro PSCT in La Union last year. To really push his young self and body to the limits, he decided to compete in the Men's Open WSL of the Cloud 9 International Surfing Event. Noah is so committed to surfing, that he is up and out every morning catching waves at Cloud 9 or Tuazon even before the sun rises. He hopes to be a National Champion in the Philippines and an International Champion in the ISA, or WSL in the near future. He is driven to represent the flag in the 2024 Olympics.
