I first started surfing in 2013 when I was 31 years old. It completely changed my life.

Now, at 42, I feel truly honored to represent South Korea again as a longboard national team member.

This year, I was able to come to this competition thanks to the support of Korean surfers who really love and believe in surfing.

To show my appreciation, I wrote their names on my surfboard and brought their support with me into every wave.

It’s a big honor to be here as a national athlete, and I’m proud to share this experience with everyone who supported me along the way.

I’m deeply thankful to everyone who supported me on this journey.

I’m a longboard surfer from South Korea, passionate about expressing flow, balance, and grace on the waves.

I started surfing in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the art of longboarding.

Since then, I’ve competed in national and international events, and won the 2023 Bali Kuta Padrol Longboard Classic in Indonesia.

Through surfing, I hope to share the beauty of connection — with the ocean, with people, and with myself.
