SOY PERUANO 

I’m Lucas Garrido Lecca, a Peruvian surfer based in Punta Hermosa. I’ve been surfing for 22 years and spent 7 of those competing full-time on the World Longboard Tour. When that chapter closed, I focused on building Surf Place — a project aimed at growing the surf industry in Peru and, hopefully, across South America. These days I surf every day on whatever board I’m feeling, run my business, train Jiu Jitsu, and try to enjoy the moment. Coming back to competition came naturally… the competitive fire never really left.

Maria Fernanda Reyes is the queen of longboarding in Peru, with a 2018 world team runner-up among her laurels, and the unforgettable Silver Medal at the Pan American Games Lima 2019.



At only 25 years old, she is already recognized as an ambassador of longboarding in the country and the region.
