Born in Vanuatu in 2009, I live close to Pango Beach. I surf since my 8 years old and I am both French and Ni-vanuatu. I've really begun competition this year in New Caledonia and I enjoy it. I'm home schooling since I was 12 years old and I surf the rest of the time. I love to travel and surf new waves.

My name is Sacha Ferry, I am 16 years old and proud to have grown up in Vanuatu, where the ocean is part of who we are. Surfing has shaped my life, and representing my country on the world stage is both an honor and a responsibility I carry with pride. In May 2025, I took part in the Oceania Youth Athletes Camp in Fiji, an experience that pushed me to grow, sharpen my skills, and connect with other young athletes from across the region. Then, my participation to the ISA World Games in El Salvador was one of the best 2 weeks of my life. I am ready to give my best for these World Junior Championships, learn from every wave, and show the spirit and strength of Vanuatu.

I have lived in Vanuatu my whole life and this is my first major competition.
