Hi! My name is Louis Escudeiro. I´m a 18 year old Belgian-Portuguese surfer living in the Algarve, Portugal. I started surfing when I was 8 years old, and since then I never stopped. I love being in the ocean with my friends, surfing good waves and most of all, having fun!!! I like to travel to surf other waves and meet new places and persons with their different cultures. I ride SPO surfboards and like hollow and barreling waves the best! It's my fourth time at ISA junior championship 

Who Is Kamiel Deraeve? Background & Origin Kamiel is from Oostduinkerke, Belgium.   His parents surf, and he started really young — his father taught him to surf, and by age 10 he was already very serious about it.   He now lives (or spends a lot of time) on Fuerteventura to train in stronger and more consistent waves.   Surfing Career & Achievements He’s a very promising surfer in both youth competition and big-wave surfing.   Nationally, he won two Belgian titles: U14 and also open shortboard, showing he can compete with much older surfers.   In U12 Eurokids (Tenerife), he won silver.   At the 2024 Eurojunior Surf competition (U16), he placed 22nd.   He won the Young Gun Award at the Big Wave Challenge for surfers under 18 — a big-wave recognition.   In 2025, he was the first Belgian ever to get that award for a massive ~18-meter wave session.   Ambitions & Style He has a real passion for big wave surfing. According to his family, he wants to surf massive waves — even 20-meter scale waves.   His career plan seems very international: competing in youth championships, training overseas, and building toward professional big-wave surfing.   He’s coached by Lars Musschoot, and they seem to take a very long-term, structured approach.   For someone so young, he’s already making waves (literally) in very challenging conditions. His national titles + big-wave exploits show he’s not just a typical youth competitor — he’s a serious all-rounder. Getting a big-wave award at 13 is extremely rare and shows both talent and courage. His family commitment (relocating for training) indicates they believe in his long-term potential.

Born in Belgium, live with my parents and brother in Waregem. get the surf and snow vibe from my parents, discover my talent in the Belgian beachclubs, O'Neill beachclub and Twins beachclub. If I don't have to study and there are no waves you can find me on my surfskate outdoor when good weather, indoor to practice my surfmoves when the weather is messy. My idol Sky Brown ispires me to go further ... thx for that.

My name is Flo Daans, and I am 15 years old.

My mother is Dutch, my father is Belgian, and I was born in Belgium. When I was a baby, we moved to France. My parents have been running a surf camp in Mimizan since I was a child, so I grew up in a surf enviroment, what means i'm surfing sinds I'm young, started shortboarding at the age of 11.

I surf at the Mimizan Surf Club, where I train with my french coach Olivier Salvaire ( maybe you know him from the ISA Masters). Sometimes i train with the belgian coach Lars Musschoot.

In my free time I like to surfskate, surf with my friends and my younger brother Yuki.

Also I like to compete in Longboarding.

I'm Belgian and I was born in the Dominican Republic. I'm 16 years old and I live in Cabarete next to Playa del Encuentro, where I train every day. I started surfing when I was 12 and I joined the Belgian Surfing Federation and Team Belgium a year ago.
