Hello my name is Miamar Soto Perez. I am 16 years old. I was born in Aguadilla Puerto Rico I live with my parents and 2 sisters. My parents also surf, and I grew up in a surfing environment which led me to compete at my 5 years of age I feel so happy being able to surf with my family. I also practice hobbies like skate, write songs, sing, theater, jiujitsu, capoeira, gimnastics, golf and play the ukulele. I also have a jewlery business with my sisters. I love bees and apiculture. My plans for the future in surfing are making the cut in the WSL and go to the olympics and become a professional surfer. Also finishing studies in dermatology and become an enterpenour. I would love to travel the world surfing and also teach others about God Jesus and all his wonderful stories.

Hi my name is Sinai Soto Perez, I am 16 years old. I grew up in Aguadilla Puerto Rico with my parents and my 2 sisters, we have always been a family of surfers. Since I remember, I always loved the ocean. Year by year practicing more and more and doing all the surfing competitions in the island. I join the Puerto Rican team 4 years ago with 12 years old and it has been an incredible journey to compete in the Junior Championships since a young age. Seeing the girls surfing generation grow has been wonderful, and to grow with it more exciting. Besides surfing there are more sports I love to do like skate, juijitsu and play the piano , these sports have been an important key for my performance in surfing. My goal is to win the 2025 ISA junior surfing games.

My name is Mya Kuzmovich and I live in Aguadilla, PR. I have been surfing since I was 2 years old and started competing when I was 9 years old. I aspire to one day quality for the World Championship Tour. One of my other surfing goals is to surf Teahupoo! My training consist of waking up early and surfing everyday before and after school and always challenging myself with bigger, steeper waves. My favorite surfers are Coco Ho and Zoe Benedetto. I also like Jon Jon Florence. My favorite foods are poké bowls and ice cream!

I’m 15 years old. I was born in NYC, my mom is Japanese and my dad is Puerto Rican. My family moved to Puerto Rico from New York City when I turned 3, to be closer to the nature and beach. My sister Olivia and I spent a lot of time at the beach growing up since my dad is a surfer. I’ve always enjoyed surfing. This is my 3rd ISA event representing Team Puerto Rico. I’m thrilled to be back!

My name is Elian Gelabert Gonzales im 17 years old and I live in Aguadilla. Since I was very young my father and mother exposed me to nature and out door activities , witch helped spark my love for sports of every kind. I have done a little of plenty of diferent sports but never in a competitive realm. Until about a year ago, when I started competing in surfing. I always took surfing more seriously than the rest of the sports since its the only one I spent genuine time on. When I started competing I wasn't really good because I wasn't used to the pressure and apart from that I would fall a lot more than you'd like. Slowly I started getting the hang of it and that leads me to were I am know.
