I am an educational psychologist. I have a PhD. I wrote a book (ADHD Reality & Fiction; list on Amazon). i published a few scientific aricles of ADHD. I am a surfer since i was 10 years old, surf all waves (big small windy clean), around the world (Australia, Costa rica, Spain, Portugal...)

I'm 14 years old boy from Israel. Likes to surf.  Surfing for a year and three months,second time compiting.

48 years old, married to the amazing Gafnit and father to Ofri and Sahar. You will be very excited for the privilege of being in the most inspiring competition in the world and for the huge privilege of representing the State of Israel. I became completely paralyzed from the chest down three years ago and a little bit following a fall from a cliff that I went down to help someone. Two years ago I had the privilege of meeting the coach, friend, mentor, family and two-time world champion who taught me the healing power of the sea and the love of surfing the waves. Last year I came to Pismo for the first time which was my first surfing competition and I came in seventh place. This year I came more prepared with the best team you could ask for and an amazing cohesive and strong team. I will do everything to get a better result and I wish my whole team the best results. The motto in life is to always look 360 degrees to see what else I can do to help and cherish the good that is now in my life. Thank you to the organizing team and especially to the real fans of all of us volunteers who allow us to surf every day and hold competitions like this.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2003. Progressively over the years i developed major symptoms such as muscle weakness and balance issue that led me to use the wheelchair.   in 2019 joined the monthly "waves4all" sessions, with Captain John White, in Oceanside harbor, as prone assisted, i don't think I've missed any sessions in the 3 years passed, my second family in the ocean. with time and lots of PT, gained the power to switch to prone unassisted and felt that this can be more than just recreational activity and decided to participate in adaptive competitions. Starting January 2022, participated in 6 WSA and 2 Oceanside Longboard competitions (Adaptive heats) and my first US Open Adaptive. June 2022, joined the Israeli team as the first Adaptive Female competitor! Yay! this is also first time in the ISA world para surfing competition! So, more to come...
