I have been swimming for twelve years. I am a water polo player. It's been a year since I started paddleboarding and I am very interested in sea sports. I don't like the virtual space and spend most of my time on sports.

I'm Vania, a 14-year-old student. I've been into stand-up paddling since I was six, and I'm also a professional in other sports like volleyball, yoga, and gymnastics. I have a deep passion for sports and the sea, as it brings me a sense of calm and relaxation.



I'm proud to say that I've competed in various matches, and one of my notable achievements was securing the second place in a youth competition held in Bandarabbs. Additionally, I combine my love for yoga with paddle boarding, which allows me to perform balancing yoga poses on the board. I even have the privilege of coaching children who share my enthusiasm for this unique sport.

I’m Mikaeil, and my journey in marine sports began at the young age of 4 when I first started swimming. Over the years, I’ve not only become proficient in swimming but have also excelled in other marine sports like kayaking and canoeing slalom. 



My dedication and hard work paid off when I participated in the national championship of Iran, where I secured two first-place finishes. I was even on the brink of earning the coveted golden medal. Additionally, I proudly earned a bronze medal as well.

My name is Nazanin Aminzadeh. I was born in Bandar Abbas, Hormozgan province, Iran. I graduated from university in 2011 with a degree in accounting. Since 2013, I have been working in the finance department of Sabafoulad Company in Bandar Abbas. In my teenage years, I was interested in basketball and played for several years. In my youth, I continued my athletic activities in swimming, considering the coastal life in Bandar Abbas. In 2018, I obtained a professional certificate in lifeguarding, and since 2016, I have been involved in stand-up paddleboarding. In 2021, I joined the Iranian women's national team. In 2019, I represented Georgia in the Asian Dragon Boat Championships in Kunming, China. Additionally, in 2021, I obtained a professional coaching certificate in stand-up paddleboarding from the IFSA

I have been doing karate professionally since I was 4 years old, but due to an injury in martial arts, I did not continue this sport, and because I lived on an island and I love nature, I decided to start paddleboarding, and when I started, I fell in love with this sport. and I decided to continue as a professional, and I placed in several national team selection competitions and was selected for the Iranian national team, and I have been rowing professionally for several years.

I'm Matin, and my journey in marine sports began at the young age of 12 when I first started swimming. Over the years, I've not only become proficient in swimming but have also excelled in other marine sports like kayaking and cycling.

I used to play volleyball. After finishing my studies and while working near the sea (Bandar Abbas), I became interested in paddle boarding and started training under the supervision of an international coach and the vice president of the Asian Paddle Boarding Committee. I hope to place in these competitions and be better prepared for future competitions like the Olympic competitions.
