I have always loved water-related athletics, such as pool swimming, open-water triathlon swimming, lifeguarding, sailing, etc. My passion for surfing started in my home country, Trinidad & Tobago. Upon moving to Santa Barbara in 2018, I became serious about surfing as my primary competitive sport. I now primarily surf and do dryland training. I am tall for my age, and consider myself a power surfer who also loves modern manoeuvres, like blowtails. In my spare time, I go to the beach and surf! I love competing in NSSA and Prime events, and the Rincon Classic and Still Frothy. The ISA World Juniors lets me represent my country in the sport I love! My long-term goal is to become the first surfer from Trinidad & Tobago to get on the WSL championship tour and in the Olympics.
