Was born in New Zealand and lived there until I was 11 in a place called Sumner. A little seaside surf village.

We moved to Emerald Beach in northen NSW Australia when I was 11.

I went back to New Zealand at the start of the year and competed in the New Zealand National Champs which I won and secured a place on the NZ Team.

I surf eveyday there is surf which is most days where I live. I surf mostly with my mates Tom and George and my parents and all the Coffs Harbour Boardrider crew.

When Im back in New Zealand for holidays I like catching up with my family, surf friends and going on missions with my dad to find pumping waves. Mostly head to Dunedin or the West Coast on the hunt for barrels.

Like to thank all the people that have supported my surfing journey and helping get to El Salvador. Family, friends, Point Surf Team in NZ and Coffs Harbour Boardriders in Australia, and all the people that have supported my Pizza business raising money for my surfing, Flagstaff Pizzeria.

I started surfing around age 9 and I've been on & off since. I was the least keen to surf but my parents, sisters and most of my family surf so I eventually ended up doing it. I only recently entered my first ever surf comp in January 2024 where I won the NZ national under 18 title. I had no comp experience ever so the experience and win was pretty special. My family & friends were buzzing. That put me in the NZ team and now I'm in my second comp ever. My dad repped the NZ open mens at the very first ISA World Champs at Huntington beach in 1996 so it's pretty cool to be doing the same thing. My uncle Paul was in the NZ team in the 80s, my uncle Khan (now 1 of the team coaches) & uncle Clint repped the NZ schoolastics and my cousin Kehu Butler has done some ISA world champs and is a bit of a pro.
