Grew up in a small town on the East Coast of North Island in NZ. Have been competing since I was 11 and started International events when I was 15. I have done three ISA junior events and best placing was a 6th in Huntington 2019. Due to covid I haven't competed in a international event since the start of 2020. I am also quite thankful I wasn't away all that much due to my dad being sick with bowel cancer and resulted in his passing end of September 2020. I surf for him now and I dedicate everything I have earned to him and my mum for creating the opportunity for me to travel for surfing. My new boards represent him and I'm stoked to have a piece of him with me wherever I go.
