Born in Lausanne Switzerland, moved to Durban South Africa in the early 80's when my father took a job to set up a chocate factory. Durban is where the surfing life started. Competed in many local events and eventually competed under the South African flag on the ASP WQS tour in the early 90's and later for my birth nation in x3 ISA world games. Been working in the surf industry all my life and am currently a wavepool consultant working on projects around the world. Local surf spots currently Alaia Bay Wavepool and Scottburgh south africa in winter. Based in Valais Switzerland with my wife Natasha and two daughters Jessica & Caitlin.
