I am Amber from Hualien, on the East coast of Taiwan. I’m so thrilled to have the chance to join the 2023 ISA World Junior Surfing Championship. My favorite surfer is Filipe Toledo. I will be strong , be present, be grateful and confident to do my best surfing in Brazil.
