I have been paddling SUP since 2017, at the time I was using SUP as cross training while I was competing in white water rafting competitions with the GB women's team. I really enjoyed SUP as a competitive sport and moved over to racing later that year. I have had a brilliant journey from beginner SUP paddler to competing in the 2022 Euro SUP - winning a bronze medal in the sprints and now here to see what I can do.

I'm a strength and conditioning coach based in Swansea. Previously played rugby but experienced multiple shoulder dislocations which required two major surgeries. Originally used paddling as a way to prehab and rehab the shoulders, I fell in love with the sport and just after Covid found out there was race scene which I've now become passionate about
