Currently working as a professional SUP racer and fisherman in Okinawa.

I live in the small island of Zamami in Okinawa. Since I was young, I've been close to the sea, playing in it almost every day. I started SUP after participating in the Kerama Blue Cup, held on Zamami Island in 2017. This year, I'm getting to become the Junior World Champion!!!

My home beach (Zamami Island) is renowned for having some of the amazing in the world, making it an extraordinary place. I began SUP racing after I started paddling with the island’s children in 2018. I'm the coach of a kids and junior SUP team, and the energy I receive from the children allows me to keep paddling. It’s a wonderful environment. To be a good role model for the children, I compete and perform well in the Euro Tour and World Championships. Additionally, my dream of SUP becoming an Olympic sport. I hope to work with the IOC to further elevate the sport.

I started SUP when I was 9 years old and I'm working hard to become a world champion.

I love sweet potatoes, so in Japan, I’m affectionately known as "Imo-Kenpi". I started SUP 3 years ago. Before that, I played the clarinet in a wind orchestra. I had never played sports before, but discovering SUP changed my life. I want to become the Junior World Champion, so I've been participating in world-class races since last year. I aspire to become a top athlete and give strength to my family and supporters.

I built my own paddleboard for this year's ISA Denmark. I studied surfboarding in college and am constantly building and testing surfboards.

Thank you for holding this competition in the midst of difficult times. I am extremely happy to have this opportunity where I can demonstrate all of my efforts on achieving goals. Looking forward to praise each other and taking on the challenges with our friends from all over the world.
