Competed in International Surf-Lifesaving for 20 years. 16 Irish National Board Paddle titles, Previous European Senior Champion, World Senior Medalist in the Board Rescue, Multiple World Masters medalist in Board Paddle, Oceanman & Surf Ski. 

Current World Record holder for the fastest prone paddle across the North Channel (37.5km from Ireland to Scotland).
