I was born in Hawaii and raised on Amami Oshima, Japan. I started riding my father’s SUP board at the age of four, learning SUP surfing directly from him.
Currently, I compete mainly in SUP surfing and have won the All Japan SUP Surfing Championship in both 2023 and 2024, achieving back-to-back national titles. I also placed 9th at the 2023 ISA SUP and Paddleboard World Championship.
In addition to SUP surfing, I enjoy surfing, wing foiling, and hydrofoiling, and I also participate in wing foil racing as part of my cross-training.
Since I was young, I’ve been striving to become a true junior waterman, continuously training both my mind and body through the ocean.
