    Where to stay

In Copenhagen and its surroundings there is something for everybody – hotels, hostels, airbnb, camping and maybe couch surfing. We encourage you to book well in advance, as Copenhagen’s biggest hotels are close to being fully booked during the event week due to a big congress in the city.

LOC have made pre-reservations for the participating teams with a significant discount at the following hotels and hostels.

High standard Hotel Scandic Spectrum with a special prize

Scandic Spectrum is a high standard, modern and brand-new hotel with wellness, rooftop bar, fitness facilities, parking (additional cost) and breakfast. It’s only 700 meters from the City Venue.

LOC has pre-booked a limited number of single and double rooms at Hotel Scandic Spectrum from September 11th to September 23rd. The discounted prices are including breakfast and are as follows:

Standard single room: 1,525 DKK pr. night

Standard double room: 1,665 DKK pr. Night
Junior single suite: 1,835 DKK pr. night

Junior double suite: 1.965 DKK pr. night

If you want to stay at Hotel Scandic Spectrum, please book directly at www.scandichotels.com and use the booking code BSUP110924.

The prices and pre-booking are only valid for booking before May 31st 2024.

Danhostels Copenhagen with a 15% discount

Danhostel Copenhagen is a modern, cheap alternative to hotels. It’s only a five minute walk from the City Venue and very close to public transport and Copenhagen City.

When booking, you can choose between a bed in a dormitory (guest must be minimum 18 years old), a private double room with bathroom or a spacious hotel apartment for four people with fully equipped kitchen.

The normal price for an apartment for four people is around 500 DDK pr. night and even cheaper for a smaller room or a bed in a dormitory.

Danhostels Copenhagen gives you a 15% discount when you use the following booking code Surfsup. LOC haven’t pre-booked any rooms or apartments. Therefore, we encourage you to book well as far as possible, as Copenhagen hosts a big congress in the same period.

    Copenhagen Camping

Copenhagen Camping is located in the idyllic town of Dragør with its scenic salt marshes and abundant birdlife, and not far from the bridge to Sweden. It’s 20 minutes drive from Beach Venue and 25 minutes drive from City Venue. You need a car, because it’s hard to get from Copenhagen Camping to the venues by public transportation.
