  • Event Registration

    How to Register (3 Steps)

    Please complete the following steps by August 22nd, 2025 at 24:00 PST to finalize your registration.

    1. Step One: Team Roster Submission

    2. Step Two: Invoicing and Payment

    • Once the ISA receives your team roster, we will issue an invoice. Payments can be made via:

      • QuickBooks Payment Invoice (2.9% credit card processing fee)
      • PayPal: [email protected] (2.9% credit card processing fee)
      • Wire transfer
        • Proof of payment is required for PayPal and wire transfers.
        • Payment must be in the ISA account by the registration deadline on April 11th for your team to be registered. Please allow 5-7 business days for international wires to transfer.

    3. Step Three: LineUp Registration

    • All participants (athletes and support personnel) must register through the LineUp Online Platform. The ISA ([email protected]) will email each Team Manager a unique code for team registration.
      • If an athlete or team official has previously registered through LineUp for another event, they will use their existing account and update any necessary information.

  • Anti-Doping

    As a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Code, the ISA implements a strict adherence to the Code as a way to ensure a clean, healthy and fair sporting atmosphere for all athletes.

    In registering for the 2025 ISA WSG, all athletes must adhere to the ISA Anti-Doping Rules which, among other requirements, states that all Athletes competing in ISA World Championships shall be subject to In Competition Testing at any time, with or without advance notice.

    Athletes are responsible for making sure any medication that is taken is not listed on the 2022 WADA Prohibited Substance List.
