Airports
The closest airport to the contest is Biarritz Airport and then Bordeaux Airport. Teams may also fly into San Sebastian, Spain.
Airport Transfers: The host will be providing airport transfers. Please contact Peter Cook to arrange for transportation: peter.cook@wanadoo.fr
If your team will be transferring airports, the ISA suggests you bring sufficient carry on items, including a wetsuit and change of clothes in case your bags are delayed in the airport transfer.

Entry Fees
- Entry fees must be paid to confirm your team's participation in the event.
- Once the maximums per division are reached, registration will close, and any registrations received after that will be turned down and refunded in full.
- The maximum number of entries is as follows:
- 96 Under 18 Boys
- 96 Under 16 Boys
- 96 Under 18 Girls
- Cost: $175 per team member

What to bring to Registration
- Indemnity form - form must be signed
- Athlete Code of Conduct - form must be signed
- Team E-mail
- Sand: 5 (five) pounds/2 (two) kilograms of sand from the beaches of your country for the Sands of the World Ceremony. Label the sand container with country and beach name.
- National Anthem: CD of your nation's National Anthem.
- Passports: all athletes nationality and ages will be confirmed.

Anti Doping
All participants at ISA events may be subject to drug testing.
- Prohibited List of Substances
- World Anti-Doping Code
- TUE form - Therapeutic Use Exemption
- Athletes taking a prohibited substance must submit a TUE form to the ISA. The ISA medical committee will review each form and notify the athlete if a therapeutic use exempion is granted. Contact the ISA with any questions regarding anti-doping.
Level 1 Judging Seminar
- The ISA will be running the Level 1 Judging course May 23, 2008
- The cost for the course is $40
- Notify the ISA if you will be sending judges to the seminar
- Judging Seminar is mandatory for all paid and team judges on the official judging panel

Water Temperature is around 16-18 Degrees.
It is best to come well equiped with a wide range of suits from 4/3 for the stormy days to 3/2 for the standard days and a spring suit if it is hot.
